Furniture broken, tv didn’t work, two pieces of soap and one was already opened. Only one single towel, we were two persons. None face or hand towel. They help me out getting early check-in tho, paying a little extra but worked that was the only reason I stayed. Also, one single pilow and not talking about the sheets.

Ponto positivo que eu prezo demais: bairro tranquilo. O hotel fica em bairro residencial, super seguro, sem bagunça e barulho, porém com acesso rápido a avenida com todos os comércios. Hotel muito limpo e organizado. O café da manhã é simples, mas com fartura. Fiquei em quarto ao lado da cozinha/refeitório. As 5:30 começava a preparação do café da manhã, infelizmente não consegui trocar. Mesmo assim, recomendo muito, próximo ao aeroporto e com valor acessível, bairro seguro e isso não tem preço.

Não tinha lençol, nem cabide, nem espelho no quarto. A explicação foi de que era um quarto novo, por isso não tinha espelho. Os cabides haviam sido furtados. A falta de lençol não foi explicada. O pior é que nada foi resolvido. Exceto o lençol, na noite seguinte.

A estadia apresentou alguns desconfortos, principalmente relacionados ao atendimento. Na chegada, à noite, a chave do quarto estava quebrada. Era possível abrir e trancar, mas claramente estava prestes a quebrar no trinco. Ao procurar a recepção, não houve solução imediata: não havia cópia da chave, não havia manutenção disponível no horário e não foi possível trocar de quarto. Fui orientado a deixar o quarto apenas fechado, sem trancar, com a justificativa de que ninguém entraria, o que não transmite segurança. A cópia da chave só foi disponibilizada no dia seguinte à tarde. No café da manhã, cheguei às 09h15, sendo que o horário informado era até 09h30. Mesmo assim, fui informado pela atendente que o café já havia acabado, usando o horário como justificativa, apesar de ainda restarem 15 minutos. Preferi não argumentar no momento. Além disso, na outra manhã a mesma atendente fez um comentário ao notar que deixei um pedaço de pão, perguntando se eu estava com fastio ou ressaca, no que achei invasivo e antiprofissional. Fora isso, a estadia foi boa, acredito que foram apenas casos isolados comigo.

Colocaram a gnt numa suite de dois quartos bem espaçosa mas o banheiro é apertado e o ralo tava entupido, a gnt tomava banho e alagava o banheiro todo, ficava uma nojeira!

O ar condicionado pinga a noite toda, fazendo um barulho que seja impossível dormir. A recepção e o atendimento são excelentes. Sugiro ainda deixar um lençol para cobrir, não apenas a coberta. O banheiro e escorregadio e entope facilmente com a evasão de muita água, alagando todo banheiro.
