The nicest staff we’ve come across! Lovely property, clearly has a team behind it with serious attention to detail. Nice location with PV walkable, easy parking and EV charging. It obviously doesn’t have a pool which would be nice, but the water area and seating / sun beds is still super relaxing and nice.

The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The property has a great view of the ocean. Unfortunately we don’t recommend the restaurant. The food is mediocre except the appetizers and drinks. The breakfast buffet had most of our stay some over baked croissants but some items like the smoked salmon and avocado toast were very good.

Casa Santini oli kokonaisuutena todella viihtyisä. Aamupala oli erinomainen ja pöytään sai tilata ilman lisämaksua haluamansa erikoiskahvin sekä lautasannoksen. Ravintolan terassi merinäkymin oli todella kaunis, kuten hotellin muukin ympäristö. Henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Parkkitilaa oli hyvin ja sijainti (autolla) liikkumisen kannalta keskeinen. Valitettavasti hotellilla oli myös useampia puutteita, jotka eivät kuulu 4 tähden hotelliin. Mainoskuvissa näkyvä ranta jossa on hiekalla rantatuolit, ei ole enää vastaavassa käytössä vaan tilalla on ravintolapöytiä ja rantatuolit on viety kauemmas reunaan nurmikolle. Kysyin tästä respassa ja henkilökunta vain totesi, että sivuilla on vanhat kuvat. Vaikka rantaa markkinoidaan ”private beachina”, oli se käytännössä uimakelvoton ainakin ilman uimakenkiä äärimmäisen terävien kivien ja samean veden takia. Rannan puute oli iso pettymys, sillä se oli syy miksi valitsimme hotellin vaikkei siellä ollut uima-allasta. Huoneessamme oli todella kuuma nukkua, sillä ilmastointi oli mennyt rikki ja huoneeseen oli tuotu väliaikaisratkaisuna tavallinen ilmastointilaite, joka ei viilentänyt tehokkaasti ja oli niin äänekäs, ettei sitä voinut pitää öisin ollenkaan päällä. Emme saaneet asiasta mitään tietoa kirjautuessamme sisään tai hyvitystä hintaan. Huoneeseen tehtiin pyynnöstämme lisäsiivous, sillä lattia oli hyvin likainen (sänkyjen alla mm. aiempien vieraiden roskia ja seinien vieressä ötököiden likaa).

Chique! Een erg mooi hotel, goed en netjes onderhouden. Super mooi uitzicht. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Eten en drinken is super. Mooie ruime kamers. Ik zou het iedereen aanraden. Kritisch blijven is natuurlijk goed dat zorgt voor verbetering, ik miste eigenlijk 2 dingen. - Er is geen zwembad, dat wisten we natuurlijk bij het boeken dus geen probleem. Ik miste eigenlijk wel een buitendouche omdat je je vaak na het betreden van de zee even af wil spoelen. Vooral omdat er dus geen zwembad is. - verder zou een douche gordijn of glazen wand prettig zijn in de badkamer.De douche kop komt uit een steen waardoor het erg spettert en de vloer erlangs erg nat word. Maar nogmaals dat is een kritische noot en laat ik nogmaals benadrukken dat het een super hotel is met haar fijne medewerkers! Chapeau!
