This hotel was great and close to downtown Disney. The breakfast in the morning is absolutely amazing. The only downfall is the parking fee of $30 per day! But otherwise highly recommended. The staff were extremely accommodating and let us check in early.

Sadly our stay was just OK. The carpet appeared dirty. The sofa that was a hide a bed was missing the mattress and a sign the said "Sofa broken do not use". You could not sit on the sofa because there was a dip in the middle and would fall through. My wife likes to sleep on the couch because I snore sometimes. She was unable to do that. Breakfast was good and plenty of choices, unfortunately we had to wipe our tables because there was food and drink on them. Seemed like there was plenty of help. We feel that because we booked through a third party the room was not at its best.

My family loved the comfy room - with all the amenities. A huge breakfast was available each morning- not only was it delicious- it was a huge hit with kids and adults alike. The property was within walking distance to the parks - but the trek can be long - especially for kids with tired feet :)

We arrived to this location for a family vacation. 5 of us rented a suite. My first impression was just ok. Not completely impressed. The pool was out of service, the breakfast was just ok. The eggs were really awful, The potatoes were freezer burned. The OJ, cranberry and passion fruit juice were all out during our 3 day visit. The parking is pretty expensive. $30 a day and no shuttle to the park. Just FYI > We didn't think it was a close walk. I would say closer to 30 minutes and not 17 minutes unless your a power walker. If you have a hard time walking I would recommend an Uber. It's a walk across a busy intersection. Customer service was nice, the staff were all very nice. I expected more since we paid so much. Probably will stay elsewhere during out next visit.
