I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The customer service was among the worst I have experienced. Several staff members were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen to guest concerns. Whenever I tried to explain an issue, I felt that I was immediately dismissed and even accused of being dishonest rather than being treated with respect and professionalism.
What was most frustrating were the numerous unexpected charges. Guests should be aware that calling reception by dialing “0” incurs an additional fee, which was not clearly communicated. The shower design lacks a proper door, causing water to easily escape onto the bathroom floor. Despite this appearing to be a design issue, guests may be held responsible for water-related damage or plumbing concerns.
Instead of working collaboratively to resolve issues, staff were confrontational and made me feel uncomfortable throughout the process. Being treated as though I was lying when raising legitimate concerns was unacceptable. And they would continue to call me a liar.
Between the poor customer service, hidden fees, lack of transparency, and the way guest concerns were handled, this was an extremely frustrating experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others.
