Great location. Rooms were clean. The bathroom flooring was severely damage on the floor I was in. Also, there was no thermostat for the AC in room to adjust the temperature. Besides that Iwas a great stay. I would definitely recommend for short or budget friendly stay in Madrid

This was a great hotel at a superb location. 3 mins walk from the subway , Starbucks 5 mins away , Irish Pub on the same block . The beds are really comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean

Nice hostel and Location is great. The only negative about it is that I had to wait for almost 30 minutes for the receptionist to turn up and check me in.

6/10 Good

Room is clean and we had private room for the family. Some private room has bathroom of its own some don’t. The one that has its own bathroom obviously is more convenient. The bunk bed is really tall and won’t be good for small children. But for a budget stay in the middle of city and close to metro, it’s doable.

4/10 Fair

The common room was a joke. It’s tiny for the size of the hotel and not enough room and the cushions are quite dirty. The room itself was very clean in the bathrooms and showers are very clean. The location is convenient Just a half a block from a metro stop. I would book this hotel again however I would not use Hotels.com to do so. I would book directly with the hotel.

The place is very well communicated and close to downtown with a lot of places to eat around.

2/10 Poor

AC didn’t work and the room was a sauna, even with all windows open. Checked out earlier as, and the staff didn’t seem to really care for the guest

Giant hole in between showers and sinks. Rooms were so hot at night. Loud pounding music until 4 am in the morning. Dark stain on my comforter when I got there.

They allowed me to check in early because they could tell that I was extremely tired from my long flight. I will be booking them again in my next trip to Madrid.
