Its close to Toronto which is great and the food on the resort is very good but this place gets 3 stars because the room power tripped when the heater and hair dryer was on and the heater made a very loud noise. The front desk staff was brand new and didn’t know much about the resort.

Our room was ok. Terrible cold draft along the floor. When our room was tidied up by housekeeping the person took my husband’s toothbrush and toothpaste which he had wrapped in a washcloth on the bathroom counter. We have always understood if u want your towels replaced to leave them on the floor. They couldn’t locate the stuff so provided $20 credit to our bill. Also got into the shower, got wet, then realized there was no shampoo in the dispenser. So frustrating.

I love staying here. This time I was disappointed as I forgot my phone charger and die to the hotel not being updates there was no option to plug my phone cord into any outlet. When I asked the front desk he just replayed saying they have regular outlets and that’s all. I had to sit in my car at night to charge my phone .
