Awesome stay!

Great service! Called to check on us before we made it to check in, and asked us when we wanted maid service. Very friendly staff. Very quiet place to stay. At the last minute we had to book an extra night and they were very accommodating and friendly.

New Beginnings

The room was very clean and bed was comfortable and big. The air was cold and it was perfect. The new owners are awesome and are really making a difference. The price is more than reasonable and the owners don't want any troublemakers there because they want their motel to have good standing in community and they are doing an excellent job! I will always come back!

Cannot believe hotels.com has the motel listed as an option on its site. It was tilthy. We checked into our room and left immediately causing us to have to purchase another hotel room somewhere else. There were bugs crawling on the floor and mold in the shower. It felt very unsafe.

The front desk person was not there to check in at 8:30 at night and the door to the lobby was closed. Our room was filthy, the lamp didn’t have a lamp shade, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, the ceiling had brown clumps of something on it. There were crayon marks on the walls. The sink didn’t have hot water. The floors were disgusting. I will NEVER stay there again.

Bed crash

The most bothersome was that the electric plugs were set up so that shutting off the main switch by the door shut off ALL plugs in the room so that I could not charge my computer overnight. Also, the bathroom sink had only a trickle of hot water. The shower was OK. The headboard of the bed fell off during the night, as well.

It was a rip off. They jacked up prices due to a local event and a scarcity of rooms in the area, but it was not well kept. There were stains on multiple places, everything was rundown, and the deadbolt didn’t work. This room should be $35 a night max. They were charging considerably more. 0/10 recommend it to anyone.

DO NOT STAY HERE

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE OTHER REVIEWS! After reading the reviews, I thought this place looked clean and safe for a weekend spent with my two teenage daughters. I checked in for a 3 night stay on Thursday evening. While entering our second story, exterior door room, we noticed groups of men sitting outside of their rooms on old couches and chairs drinking beer. (I was told later that a construction company rents out the rooms in that building for their workers to stay for months at a time) Upon entering the room, we noticed that it was very dirty. There were hairs left in the sink and bathroom along with trash that was not thrown away, and the mirrors were not even cleaned. The entire room was extremely run down. The extra locks on the exterior door were also broken. We stayed for 10 minutes and left, because it did not feel safe in any way to stay here!! I called and emailed the following morning to request a partial refund since we only used the room for 10 minutes. I called back Monday morning because I did not receive a response, and I was told that no refunds would be given for game weekend.

Best Motel 6 ever

My experience is motel 6 is always friendly. The free pets always welcome policy makes this the only place I will consider while traveling with my dog. But this one in particular was fantastic. Great service, very clean, no strange smells. Completely fantastic!
