The aircon was noisy, the rooms are also not at all sound proof. The first room they gave us was in bad condition, so we changed and had to pay more. It was worth it, the second room was much better. But still had some issues. Broken glass from lamp, not proper working toilet host ect.. but some good things like extras were availale in the room.

Overall staff n air conditioning work well. The rooms need maintaining. Especially the shower. Hot water for some rooms work well, most not good. I experience a toilet without the glass door. But the staff understand my concern and change my room. Great. My worst situation is the coffee machine. It is supposed to be thrown out and replaced with a new dispenser. It is very old model and does not dispense and they use some tool to activate for dispensing. The mixing ratio of the coffee n other drinks is very poor. Hope the management can sit n drink to understand what they are serving for customers. The staff are doing the best . The breakfast have to better for what they charge

Oldish hotel. Rooms are clean and renovated, but the hallway, entrance, and other parts of hotel a bit run down. Probably not worth the price.

The hotel is old but have a few renovated rooms that don’t have issues but the rest somehow have issues like aircon, toilet, safe box, TV reception and wifi. The wifi intermittently dropped and cannot be connected. The TV reception is way below acceptable standards…. Jittery and pictialated

The room is is clean and comfortable but they should fixed the toilet door lock instead of taping it. They failed to provide me a free parking as per promised and their staff dont really keen to assist on this then asking us DIY. Front desk staff (nigh shift) is not trained for hospitality industry. Didnt wear mask properly nor even uniform. The staff told us Sfera hotel practice "no extra" policy. You get only what you get in the room not even a extra pillow nor services (btw, we are under services). The breakfast fee for children (6yo and 8yo) is RM20 each while adult is RM25, dont really understand the pricing logic

I liked how the rooms was spacious and clean. Even the toilets were well equipped and clean. Beds were very comfortable as well. Only downside was the free parking lot was full and I had parked at the open parking which isn't free and got a parking summon because of it.

Bad experience in 4 * hotel.

The toilet’s condition was bad. Dirt was visible everywhere. Water was not Hot and pressure was low. Furniture was old. Safe not working. Water bottle was opened and 1/5 drank! I wonder how it get 4 stars! No way I am coming back.

Very satisfied with my stay. Good staff. Fast check in and check out. Got two options menu for breakfast that is local or western and you need to choose one. The food is good. I chose local food. Just I think the portion need to be bigger a little bit.
