This is a cozy place very near Myeongdong station. The room was clean and near shops, restaurants and transportation. The only downside is that you need to bring your luggage uphill for a bit. I would definitely stay again

Self checked in and Self checked out. The entry door is always unlock. Everyone wellcome to check in. In case of emergency. There is no one ring the bell. This is one of my worst hotel that i could not recommend to anyone.

Nobody was at the reception to check-in, a place without doors and keys. I reserved a place for 2 nights and ending up with only one without knowing it.

The single room was filthy, especially the layers of dirt and grime on the window blinds that showed it hadn't been cleaned in years. Many signs mentioned coffee in the breakfast, but there was none. Luckily, another traveler had their own supply, and kindly shared it. Staff were hard to find without a phone call, which is not an option for all travelers.

Hotel é muito simples. Café da manhã dizia que teríamos pães, mas dependia muito do horário que você chegava, pois se chegasse um pouco depois do primeiro horário, acabava e ninguém fazia a reposição. Eu, particularmente, não gostei do hotel, mas a localização dele não era ruim.

en realidad en esta alojamiento estas solo si algo t falta o no funciono no hay nadie que te conteste y el.lugar huele mal y la habitacion era sumamente pequeña para dos personas ni los articulos de primera neceiadad aon bastos si lo tiene por mas tiempo y nadie contesta el telefono y cuando llegamos ni siquiera sabia que habiamos reservado nos toco a nosotras mismas hagarrar la llave y la cama super dura y poca inversion en la ropa de cama ae ve desgastada y en baño hay moho lo unico que puedo decir del lugar es que tiene una de las mejores ubicaciones

非常に最悪です。 ゲストハウスとあり、スタッフの不在時間が多いのは仕方ないですが緊急時に表示されている電話番号に連絡しても一切繋がりませんでした。 今回、自身の不注意で午前8時頃に部屋のドアをインロックしてしまい、フロントに書いてある連絡先に電話を掛けても全く繋がらず1時間程フロアで待機する事になりました。 どうしようか迷っている時にスタッフルームにスタッフ2名がいる事に気づき部屋をノックしてインロックしてしまった事を伝えたのですが、午前11時までは勤務時間じゃないからと20分程対応して貰えず、しばらくして部屋から出て来てようやく合鍵を探す始末でした。 おまけにその部屋の合鍵を持っておらず、似た鍵でなんとかノブを回して中に入る事が出来ました。 スタッフは終始不機嫌で電話に出れなかった事に対する謝罪も一切なく、物凄く気分の悪い滞在になってしまいました。 滞在中、他のお客さんも何度もスタッフを探していて対応に困っている様子でした。 作りが古いのもありユニットバス？のような浴槽は水漏れもしていて衛生面も劣悪でした。 朝食付きとはいえ、10部屋以上あるのに置いてあったのは一袋の食パン、6つのカップ面、少しのシリアルと牛乳のみでした。 1泊3万2千円、今後二度と宿泊する事はありません。

他の方の口コミとおり、チェックイン時には、レセプションに誰もスタッフはおらず、名前と部屋番号の書かれたメモ、キーが置いてあり、セルフチェックインとなります。 韓国人は、曖昧な説明でも対応できるのかも知れませんが、各国の方々は、事細かなインストラクション(例えば、タオル交換、部屋清掃が必要な場合は、ドアノブに、デスク引出し内の掲示札を使って、ドア外に意思表示するなど)がないとわからないです。 建物は古く綺麗とは言えないですが、タオル、ベッドは清潔。 残念なことに、部屋の洗面の配管が繋がっておらず、洗面からの水が床にダダ漏れだったのは問題と思います。 あと、浴室の電灯が切れたことをスタッフに伝えたが、「確認します」と言った後に、結局対応してくれませんでした。 地下の食堂には、朝、食パンとカップ麺が置いてあり、セルフサービスとなってたのはありがたかった。 また、地下には洗濯機があるが、フロントに記載の問い合わせ電話番号(オーナー？)にかけて確認した際には、洗濯機使用不可と強く言われましたが、ゲストハウススタッフに聞くと自由に使って良いとのこと。 最後に、宿泊レビューにゲストハウスについて良いことを書いてくれると約束した人には、無料で焼酎プレゼントとの記載があり、不適切だと思いました。

チェックイン前、荷物を預かってくれます。明洞まで徒歩圏内で立地が良いです。明洞駅から徒歩で普通に向かうと、坂がかなりキツいので、まずは南山公園と南山駐車場を目指して、エスカレーターを見つけてください。それを利用すれば、楽にホテルまで移動できます。スタッフさんは英語は通じます。日本語は通じません。また、基本的には留守です。ルームメイクの時間帯は、いらっしゃるようです。部屋は清潔感ありましたが掃除を依頼するタグが部屋によっては無い為、連泊の場合はメモ帳など持っていって貼っておくと良いと思いました。

チェックイン、チェックアウトも特に手続きなくとても自由な感じでした。コーヒーがいつでも飲めるのは嬉しい。スタッフは常駐ではない？のかもしれませんがメッセージでやりとりしました。丁寧に対応頂けて良かったです。寝る分には十分な空間です。坂道がちょっと大変ですが、静かな場所を求める方にはいいかも。
