Really nice hotel in a great location. The rooms were spacious and I loved having a suite. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an upstairs suite and it was perfect- it was surrounded by trees with a few of the river in the distance. I could keep the windows open and still maintain privacy while being blissfully quiet outside. I stayed for 5 days and it was the perfect home base for my trip. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Florence.

The room i stayed in had the spa in it. It was so well insulated and stayed warm for so long! It made my weekend so relaxing. Being so close to everything was nice as well. I could walk to Safeway as well as old town. And honestly the price was really reasonable. Amazing over all I cant wait to go again.

My stay was very nice. I would recommend the addition of grab bars at both ends of the bathtub/shower units. Great for a night or a week. Was a tiny apartment built for 2. Kind staff, parking is limited but you will have a spot. Slightly difficult to find off the street as it is straight up a hill but GPS will get you there. Perfect room. Soft bed, nice towels and clean sheets. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Building is older and not well maintained. Exterior could use a cleaning to remove all the cobwebs and debris. Room was fairly clean and quiet but the bed was uncomfortable, noisy, and transferred the slightest movement. There were only three pillows and two were basically flat. Retrieved two more from the office that were lumpy. Staff was friendly.

Cute looking from outside. Pretty small room but decently clean room. However, the bath room had a slight weird small and could use some extra cleaning and a general restoration. 
Pretty thin walls between rooms, could hear neighbors TV. Horrible wifi. Nice front desk lady.
Probably would try a different place if in the area given the price of $170 (July 2026)

Our rooms were spotlessly clean, as always. The kitchen has everything we need for simple meals and we enjoy its convenience, We’ve stayed at Landmark many times over the years and always been very happy with our room and the courteous, helpful staff. It’s a great place to stay.
