Trevlig kvinna som tog emot oss i receptionen. Väldigt nonchalant personal på frukost, tittade inte ens på gästerna när de kom in eller var i lokalen! Där förväntas att man som personal ser kunden och möter upp med ett leende och ett enkelt godmorgon sitter på sin plats

Ulricehamn är en liten stad - och det finns få taxibilar åtminstone kvällstid. Eftersom det inte gick att få tag på någon taxi erbjöd sig en i den väldigt serviceminded personalen att köra oss i sin egen bil. Vi är väldigt tacksamma för det!

Egentligen bra boende på många sätt men vi valde boende för smidighet och restaurang men när vi kom fram fick vi reda på att restaurangen var säsongsstängd så vi fick då ta oss ut på stan och fixa takeout. Rummet hade även en liten tv utan smart-funktion med appar eller möjlighet till casting vilket gjorde att vi inte kunde kolla på egna streamingtjänster. Allt som allt kändes det dyrt för vad man fick.

Så underbart läge och hotell! Vi var en familj på 4 som delade ett stort, fint rum med pentry. Det var perfekt för oss. Allt var i tipptopp skick. Frukosten var jättegod :). Bastun med relaxplats var fantastisk, och närheten till gymmet (Nordic Wellness) var väldigt bekvämt -- vi slapp överhuvudtagetgå utomhus. Om inte vi skulle köra vidare hade vi velat stanna längre..

Rummet var rent och fint och sängarna sköna. Bäddsoffan upplevdes av barnen som obekväm. Personalen verkade trötta och förvirrade både vid ankomst och avresedagen. Vi fick olika svar beroende på vem vi frågade. Vi valde att äta på hotellets restaurang, men tre av fyra i familjen tyckte inte att det var gott. Frukosten var väldigt enkel och det fanns ont om alternativ för allergiker. Det fanns ingen klimatkontroll eller fläkt på rummet och det var fruktansvärt varmt. På det stora hela en ok vistelse, med några besvikelser främst vad gällde maten och temperaturen på rummet.
