This is an older property—well maintained, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Convenient to dining in St. George. The owner had health issues according to a note on the door, so it was self check-in. Wish I’d seen the beautiful koi pond and patio when we first arrived; would be a nice place to relax. Would stay here again.

I checked the sheets after reading scary reviews. I found a bunch of short, dark curly hair in the bed. The toilet made a constant hissing noise. The only outdoor area was a smoking section. I paid much more than my friend, who used a different 3rd-party to book the same dates. Her room had black mold, and the rooms smelled musty.
