Salon chemical smell as you enter the lobby. Everything was clean, but the beds not so comfortable. Cool AC in room. The Inn is older and run down. If there are people in the hallway talking you can hear conversation. The breakfast was okay if you want cereal, toask and juice. It rained so we didnt use the pool. Overall its an okay stay if your passing through for a good economical place to stay with continental breakfast.

The breakfast menu was good. It could have more variety, ie bacon, cheese. The staff was very accommodating. The facility could easily be 5 stars with investment in maintenance, including hot water.

La casita is a good place to stay with friends or family. The rooms were clean. The ceiling needs a little bit of renovation, but overall it was good for our stay during the weekend.

The staff is very friendly and attentive, the hotel needs some big upgrades but for the most part is clean, the breakfast is so so, need to get a better system to ordering and cooking the eggs and sides!
Pool in the rear of hotel. The hotel needs better signage in the front and in the back, very confusing layout and parking!

Clean room, the staff was knowledgeable and courteous; an older property but well kept and managed. Very conveniently located. Plenty of hot water (if you know, you know). We traveled to San Juan for SanSe and spent the evening in Arecibo on the way home to San German.

This Inn has a great location and good staff, breakfast included is good. Rooms need to be remodeled and cleaned more carefully. You can hear people’s conversations and everything that happens in neighbors rooms. The pool area is ok, but there are many cats wandering around the area. The place has potential, but needs more care.

The room was excellent, clean, a little small but everything was fine. The staff was very accommodating and the service was super friendly. Excellent for the price, I recommend it.

The breakfast was good, could be better. The a/c may require a more btu's for the size of the room, but it was good. The room was very clean and sanitize. As a recomendation, the window needs a curtain to prevent sun light in the morning.

I didn't give the 5 stars because Butter was not available for the toasted bread. Excelent service and food quality
Verified review

2/10 Poor

We ended up leaving after one night. The sheets were stained and the room was not what was pictured in the photos. The walls were paperthin, we could hear everything loud and clear in the room next to us. The ceiling tiles were falling. There was only one chair available at the table. The room felt like a hospital room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating during our stay. Just wish the property was in better order.

6/10 Good

This was an average hotel and not what I'd classify as "very good." The walls are very thin, and you can hear your neighbor's conversations clearly. The staff were very kind, and the breakfast was below average.
