On the morning of my scheduled check in I got an email from Expedia saying the hotel had to cancel my reservation. Presumably because it was overbooked. The same thing happened to my colleague, but she wasn't notified until she arrived at the hotel.

Hotel on very busy crossroads so traffic noise. Tv in the rooms and I had 2 suites they had no aerial or digibox connected and the room wifi would not connect either so totally useless. Table lamp in room did not work either .staff were good but hotel only accepted GCASH or cash on arrival so I couldn’t use my Mastercard even though it is a Philippine bank and a debit card .
However bed was comfy and rooms were clean water was hot and the ensuite had a full size bath . It was good for a one night stay . Pity the tvs are useless though also no food they should link to a local cafe to provide this

The building is old but in a modernist way. It sits on a corner lot with the only space not taken by the building being three car parking spaces and side walk. The intersection could be controlled by lights but instead the traffic is a four way Malay in which horns are used to give warning. The beeps and excelleration by each vehicle either will keep you awake. Or lull you to sleep.Yòu will hear it because the siding is all window. It would be magnificent if the other three corners were pleasant to look at- they are not as if February 2024. I have not had hot water in two weeks of PH vacation so that wasn’t new here. Our corner room had a balcony big enough for a small table for two chairs. The airport is and hour from the city by taxi. We road past the plaza which is decor with colorful lights. We rented a scooter and road to Amaya and had an early dinner. We enjoyed that.

The property was a little bit older, but it was very clean and the staff was excellent. There was some issue with the hot water not working, but Sherina at the front desk was very helpful. The location was kind of busy but convenient. It was a pleasant stay here and I would recommend this hotel for travelers to Cagayan de Oro.

Last minute booking in Cagayan de Oro. The location was a bit far from where I needed to be, but this hotel was one of the few with vacancies on that night. Very comfortable mattress, but the tree noise from early in the morning limited my ability to sleep in. Bathroom had an alarming quantity of mirrored walls, made it feel as if I had stepped into a fractal universe. Generally OK though.

Overall, the stay was pleasant with pleasant and helpful staff. However, for the cost, I did expect more in the way of services, especially with regards to the quality of breakfast. They also had an advertisement for lunch and dinner services, which were not available. At night, however, the rooftop bar was quite pleasant.

The guest was my granddaughter. She liked it better than Red Planet, her last stay. She was very pleased.

Check in takes time.
Hotel is remote and not close to attractions.
Traffic is congested and takes time and money to go anywhere.
Breakfast buffet was good.

This is my second time to stay here. The service is always great from checkin to breakfast. I do wish they still ad the pancake option. This time it was just egg options. The room is always clean and the beds are comfortable. The only real downside to this hotel is the noise from outside. I was on the 5th floor and it is loud enough that it seems like you are right on the street.

Excellent Staff services and accommodations. For the price it was a great place to stay. Room looks brand new and clean. ONLY PROBLEM, when they have a Brown out(No electricity) they don't have a back up Generator. Other than that the stay was super nice! FREE Breakfast and Blocks from downtown and the sights!

Very nice clean and comfy room. The staff was excellent! They were very attentive and made sure to have breakfast ready for me every moring when I came down. The location is good for easy access to all of Cagayan de Oro. The only downside is that the street is very busy and noisy. If you are a light sleeper this might be a problem.

I stayed at the Pacifico Boutique Hotel in Cagayan de Oro for 4 nights. The hotel is clean, modern and very well priced. The staff is efficient and friendly, especially Kesha at the front desk and Jasmine in the restaurant. The breakfast choices that are included with the room are delicious and you are asked the day before of your choice so that when you go to the restaurant it is already prepared. The hotel is in a close proximity to the dowtown (divisoria) area and is easy accessible by taxi. The E Bar on the roof top is very cool. You can see the whole city of Cagayan de Oro and watch some beautiful sunsets. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel as the value is exceptional.
