I had a lovely stay at this hotel. I upgraded to the presidential suite, which was amazing. Although it was more expensive than I was expecting to pay. I really enjoyed my time there. It was worth it! The views are amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable. I felt like I was in luxury. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to splurge. The staff was friendly and helpful. I couldn’t ask for more. The breakfast was amazing. A wonderful visit all in all.

The view from the room (mirador de los andes) was everything i hoped for, and breakfast was excellent. Everything else was fine but unspectacular. The room was cold with no heating option, the towels were old and thin, pillows uncomfortable.

Beautiful views from common areas and the rooms with balconies and hot tubs. Comfortable beds and Acapulco chairs. Delicious breakfast. Wonderful and attentive staff. Bring hiking poles for steep hills to/from town, or download Didi app for calling cabs. Close to great restaurants. Highly recommended.

The hotel’s highlight is the view to the valley. Rooms with such a view cost extra. Breakfast is a rather small plate but one can sit on the terrace with the view. We felt that the hotel could make more out of its amenities and were ultimately a little disappointed.
