A mixed bag. Dirty pool with algae and broken lights. Front staff was super friendly when checking in. offered us free passes to a rooftop bar near by. However they ran out of pool towels and we had to ask multiple times to get new ones after they took ours from the first day and didn't replace them when cleaning the room. The location is great, near the central market. We live in Valencia and do staycations, so we have a lot of experience in this city and would choose other options.

Everything was excellent, starting with the customer service—everyone was so kind and helpful, and they made our stay effortless. Nuria was especially wonderful, always caring, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was incredible, the parking was easy and convenient, and the hotel is in a great location close to everything. Overall, a superb stay.
