Rooms were clean, stuff was nice, breakfast was so so. They’d give you the TV remote but will say that something happened yesterday and it doesn’t work. We were lucky we didn’t need the AC because it didn’t work also. Overall the hotel is fine for the price. 10-15 minute to medina and the beach promenade. But be prepared to go up on a heel on the way back.

Overall it was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Adequate breakfast for few €. However, staying here in November was not ideal as they do not have heating in the rooms and our room was extremely cold. I assume, had we stayed in Summer, it would’ve been smooth, but in winter it was very cold and uncomfortable in the room.

This place is excellent. Great people. In a really good location, close to the beach, the port, and not far from alot of the cool lil tight shopping areas if you wanna do that. Just up the street from the main waterfront road, so you can catch a bus or taxi anywhere. About half an hour walk to the tanger ville train station. Breakfast is included and they provide laundry service. 2 minimarts across the street. Great place

The bed sheets & pillow case in my room were not properly cleaned. The staff were very nice & took care of the matter efficiently when I brought it to their attention.

Room was to small, especially the bathroom, no room to swing a cat! The shower fitting sprayed water over the curtain making the floor slippery. Simple but adequate breakfast. Down point, had to pay for extra cup of coffee!

No pool. Breakfast is ok. Cleaning was horrible when we arrived. I complained and ask specifically to clean and repair lights. They did. Bed and blankets are the worst you can imagine. We got the best property suite bc the assigned one didn't have AC, so we had to pay $25 extra for it, which was supposed to be included. I decided to take a shower around 11pm: no hot water at all. I complained in the morning and they told me it was, the problem was that I probably didn't know how to get it work(?). When we came back in the 2nd day evening, still no hot water. A different receptionist told me it was because we hadn't ask for it (?). So he went to the 2nd floor to turn it on. Even though it didn't work, so he went back and told me NOW it will work. And it worked. Besides the very good location, (near the beach and the mall) the experience was bad.
