All wonderful for the price. The staff were so friendly. Checkin was great and loved that the key was on your phone. The normal beds had a nice firm mattress, the window had great blinds that kept light out. Lots of space in wardrobes. Shower pressure was great (shower curtain not so great at keeping water out the bathroom). Towels provide along with small toiletries such as mini soap blocks and single use bodywash and shapoo in one, Had a TV and mini kitchenette. Good lighting in the room.with bedside tables and lights. Lots of charge points too. We were in the 5th floor with 1 quick lifts availble. Area was great, a coffee and bakery shop less than a minute away, along with two bars that were very cheap. Its around 30 minutes to the harbour and 15 minutes to closest set of resturants. The area is pretty flat with no major hills. The only niggle which we didn't raise with the hotel was that the additional bed in our triple room was very loud when ever you moved.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, especially considering the reasonable price. My only suggestion would be to provide an iron for guests, which would enhance the overall experience. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to assist.

The room was clean but they are quite open about the fact they will not go inside ypur room once, even just to freshen up. This also extends to collecting litter. I was tgere for a week and had to leave my own bags of rubbish out to a public bin. When i asked, they just shrugged their shoulders. The kitchen is unbelievably basic. 2 hobs, one pot, one pan, one cup, plate and minimum cutlery. No basics like salt and pepper, no kitchen knives, wine glass etc no tea towel or dishcloth or anything like that. If you are going to Santander by plane, remember this and if going by car, bring your own basics! While tge place was clean, there was significant wear and tear and the place looked shoddy. Pluses included tge staff, the quietness, the location, comfortable bed and black-out windows. Mixed feelings, it's not a disaster but not brilliant.

Excellently located in the city centre within walking distance to all amenities. Staff at reception very helpful. Room very clean and fan above the bed was great as the room was very warm. Great lighting in the bathroom for doing makeup! There were only a handful of English tv channels however so there was slim pickings but still found things to watch (you need to change the language to English using the remote if required). Great stay all in all.

The hotel was very nice located, the city centre, public transportation, supermarkets and restaurants are very close. The room was okay. The furniture is quite old, the kitchen could be better equipped and only one big pillow for two persons is also not so nice. But all in all it’s okay for a few nights to explore Santander.

This hotel is a complete waste of time, confirned my booking along with hotels.com the emails from the hotel and hotels.com saying that they can't honour the booking and recommend3d another hotel which i booked, then 5 hours later emailed me saying they can honour the booking after i had booked the other hotel, they charged me and will not refund my payment, complete rip off merchants, stay well clear of this hotel shambles
