Arrivés dans l'hôtel chambre 109, nous constatons que la douche est cassée en deux morceaux sur toute la largeur. (peut être coupant pour les pieds mais ce n'est pas rassurant !). L'employé, regarde et dit ce n'est rien ! Je suis au courant il y a deux chambres comme celà ! L'eau coule en dessous mais ça ne risque pas d'inonder! Cette nuit là en sortant plusieurs fois, nous constatons que nous étions que deux voitures sur le parking ! Pourquoi nous donner cette chambre avec douche cassée alors qu' il y avait plus d'une trentaine de chambres de libres! On ne l'a pas demandé mais l'employé aurait dû nous changer de chambres. Il nous semble que cela aurait été une démarche et obligation commerciale de le faire. Ensuite, on demande si le parking est sécurisé. Réponse : oui on le ferme toute la nuit. Plusieurs fois nous sommes sortis voir dont moi la dernière fois à 3 heures du matin: Le portail était toujours grand ouvert. Par ailleurs l'apparence globale de cette hôtel est globalement vieillissante avec des prestations qui ne correspondent pas à celles d'un hôtel 3 étoiles. Payer 107€ pour un tel hôtel c'est injustifié !! Comparativement la nuit suivante nous nous sommes arrêtés à l'hôtel 3 étoiles Campagnile de Clermont Ferrand sud et tout était parfait, (accueil, prestations, propreté et prix 55€) Quelle différence ! En conclusion nous ne recommandons pas l'hôtel Bel Air de Crevin où le prix est prohibitif avec des prestations qui ne méritent pas les 3 étoiles.
