I went here by chance last year the place is amazing. Book a table for dinner as early as possible last time I could book a seat when I checked in, now it was fully booked 😭 The food & wine was amazing.

A really nice hotel except they rent most of it out for weddings & then you are stuck listening to loud & annoying music until 2 a.m. in the morning. We didn’t sleep at all & for the cost this luxury hotel I didn’t expect this. If you are going to allow weddings then either rent the whole hotel to the wedding or warn other guests! I would not have stayed here had I known. Very little by way of breakfast or dinner (no vegan options).

Det er ikke tit jeg oplever så god en betjening som jeg fik her. Var virkelig glad for den tjener vi havde fredag aften. En hyggelig, med et ægte smil (jeg antager) betjening der forstod at ramme Uggi og jeg på den rigtige måde. Sjov og stadig korrekt i sin håndtering at os. I må godt give denne ros videre til hende. Resten af personalet fejler bestem heller ikke noget. Jeg kan godt lide, når personalet ved hav de har med at gøre og at de viser noget af dem selv, samtidig med at de er professionelle. Hyggelig, sjov, nærværende og stadig gøre det man kan forvente på så flot et sted. Skulle jeg finde noget jeg kunne ønske mig bedre, så skulle det være at der "kun" var kogte æg til morgenmand. Selv om resten af morgenmaden var rigtig lækker og i den gode ende, så elsker jeg stadig den varme del at hotel morgenmaden mest. Det jeg ikke får lavet derhjemme, og gerne vil have når jeg er ude. Det er ikke sidste gang jeg overnatter der. Flot sted, god mad, fantastik personale - alle pengene værd - ses næste år i august.

Virkelig et skønt ophold i fantastisk dejlige omgivelser- flotte værelser - rengøringen var super - fantastisk mad såvel aftenmenu som morgenmad der bød på godt udvalg. Stedet ligger fantastisk i flot natur og bygninger er så hyggelige og flotte vedligeholdt. Der bliver anvendt en del af råvarerne fra egen have i madlavningen- så lækkert.

Vi hade ett fantastiskt dygn på Avernaes! En promenad i den vackra parken som fått olika delar och olika teman, till och med en liten svampskog, ett orangeri och ett par hängmattor var magisk! Vyn över vattnet och över åkrar på en annan del av hotellets marker var så härlig. Människorna som arbetar här verkar trivas med sitt val av yrke och arbetsplats då de var tillmötesgående och serviceminded när vi behövde hjälp med tillgång till ett konferensrum. Rummet var fräscht och hade en liten uteplats i en autriumträdgård vi delade med ett par andra rum. Vattenkokare fanns såklart. Det enda vi önskade oss var lite större utbud på frukostbuffen men det som fanns var av bästa kvalitet och trevligt presenterat.
