I cannot say enough great things about this hotel - simply amazing. The rooms are beautiful. The staff will go to any length to make you feel welcome and looked after. The grounds are beautifully kept, its central and the food/wine on site were incredible. Quite possibly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at and a MUST if you’re looking for accommodation in Franschhoek!

Unbelievable and amazing stay/experience at this property. Ideally located on the Main Street in Franschhoek so walking distance to most restaurants/bars. The hotel staff were so attentive and lovely they couldn’t do enough for you. Already planning to come back for our next stay

lovely one night stay

We only stayed for one night but wish we had booked more. This hotel thinks of everything, we mentioned we were travelling with a young child and they had prepared a cot for him as requested but also included a nappy bin and a sterliser without us even having to ask. The breakfast is the best inclusive breakfast I have had in a long time and the grounds are beautiful.

Warm welcome. Beautifully decorated room with all the necessary features. Very comfortable bed and flexible bathroom (small point- water pressure in the bath could be better). The plunge pool was relaxing with enough chezlongue for all guests. Food was very good with an interesting contrast between Epice and Protege. Would highly recommend for a relaxing breqk or longer holiday. We already considering when we can go back.

The best hotel we have ever stayed in. Above and beyond. The hotel itself is beautiful, well kept gardens and lovely rooms. The staff at the hotel and the two restaurants were fantastic. So well looked after without being overbearing. We stayed two nights and they were so special. Little touches like hot water bottles, printed itinerary and wine tasting went a long way. Couldn’t rate highly enough. Special mention to Manny and Conrad who welcomed us and made our stay extra special.
