Great family stay

Great hotel, great breakfast (not just pastry/donuts), indoor pool, no hot tub or spa. Great rooms, 2 hotels joined with big rooms, some rooms with full kitchens for extended stays. Excellent stay for price, friendly hotel staff, very clean and comfortable. Next to green meadows lake, beautiful views, fishing, romantic stroll, or picnic at the covered tables.

Room was very nice and clean. Housekeeping was mediocre—could not speak English and did not refresh our room in 2 days. Didn’t have bedding for pull out bed. Check in clerk was phenomenal. Bed was like as hard as sleeping on the floor. Breakfast was an absolute joke… McDonald’s has a better offering. But, as far as a nice clean room, it done a good job just could use improvement on comfort and offerings.

An anma experience every time.

My wife and I always stay here and each time the front desk makes it very easy checking in. Our room is always neat and ready for us. Absolutely amazing service.

It was a very clean and nice place the only thing was our cable went out on both tvs in our suite and never came back on

The space was wonderful! The kitchen was exactly what we needed however all the furniture was stained and gross. The fold out couch was broke and didnt allow anyone to even sit on the couch. The matteress inside was dirty and stained as well. The air was. Stagnant and thermostats didnt work. We tried the a/c and it was barely cool. The shower has abysmal water pressure and if you turned it up then temp was scalding hot only.

Gaby was amazing! She was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome right away. Her excellent customer service made my stay even better. Thank you, Gaby, for going above and beyond, and thank you to you and Adrian for helping with the reservation issues last week. Always a great attitude.. Thank you....

2/10 Poor

The manager and assistant manager are absolutely rude and unprofessional, their couches/ chairs are not safe !! My daughter got leg laceration from metal sticking out of the chair, neither managers were willing to help pay hospital bill or give refund. I DO NOT recommend staying here at all

My 1st stay was excellent, 2nd not so much. The 2nd time, the curtains were stained in the bedroom & had to force them shut, the carpet was coming up at the door entry and the shower handle came off when I finished up my shower, luckily I was able to turn off the water.

The GM and front desk people are amazing. Helped me out on a few extra days when I couldn’t find another room.

The room I received was nothing like what I booked. Your photos and descriptions are outdated/misleading. Expedia wouldn't take responsibility or offer a room change. The room I received does not match the description on Expedia. I reserved a King Efficiency Suite specifically because it listed a queen sofa bed, but I was assigned a basic single room with just a king bed. This is a poor and inaccurate representation of what is being offered.

We were late due to a plane delays but you had a car for us. Agent’s were very nice and helpful but I was way too tired to appreciate them fully. They gave us a few laughs for the trip and the car was exactly as expected.

It was nice and quiet, smelled a little like cigarettes, but I always carry spray with me . I didn’t get the room I booked . I got a smaller room , but we made it work
