8/10 Very good

Staff is very friendly and attentive. Fitness center is good and open 24/7. Housekeeping does great work but hotel policy is clean only when requested. Therefore, carpet was a bit dirty and trash bins not emptied.

Enjoyable and comfortable stay. One piece of furniture in my room had torn fabric. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The stay was great! We actually visit the area every year but never knew this place was this close to family! We didn’t have any issues and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip

A very nice hotel. And it was in an area where restaurants for breakfast or other along with an ice cream parlor were available right in the plaza with the hotel for a short walk.

The staff at the desk were amazing! My only issues are: 1- the ice machines do not work & you have to go to the bar to get ice and the bar doesn’t open until 6pm & 2- the pool isn’t heated

The indoor pool needs to be heated. The gentleman that checked us in was WONDERFUL! The shampoo, conditioner & body wash was empty in our room & he sent house keeping right away with new bottles. He also gave us a room where it was quiet from the traveling wrestlers. He was awesome & so nice!

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was very nice, clean and the a/c definitely worked. Only issue we had was the shower was a little tricky to turn on but once we got it it was good. Will definitely return again.

Our stay at this Wyndham was excellent. The staff is what made the stay so great. In 48 hours we met wonderful cleaning crew members that got us whatever we needed. We had amazing front desk support, specifically the woman working Saturday and Sunday morning who went out of her way to accommodate what we needed for our son. The bartenders were also very pleasant and social with us. They truly made us feel like we were home away from home. Thank you to this Avon, Ohio staff for our weekend trip.
