The room was clean and attractive. But we would have liked: a small closet or at least more than a 3 drawer dresser; a hair dryer; a TV that worked; a coffee maker; a place to hang clothes; and we still do prefer a place that offers breakfast on site. The water in the shower was difficult to adjust the temperature and got very hot very quickly! The room was fine...just not great.

Excellent price to stay for me and my dog. Room was moderate and very clean. Bed super comfortable. Ice machine was not working so had to go next door to the four points hotel to get every morning. They were very accommodating. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was not open when we went-(June 9-11). Staff very attentive and very nice. Would have liked a microwave but fridge was spacious.

Staff were very nice. Helped with suggestions for food in area. Room was conveniently located. It was great to use Sheraton Four Points restaurant and fitness room. The off season rate for this hotel made it a deal. My room was nicely appointed and clean with consideration to the end of season. Unfortunately, it was very musty smelling upon arrival. The office personnel was a gem. we chatted for awhile and I felt very welcomed. The BEST part of this location was access to its sister hotel. It was ok.

It was ok. The bed was comfortable and the room was a decent size. The refrigerator didn’t have a freezer compartment and the air conditioner didn’t work very well. If you wanted room service you had to request it so we had to go to the office for towels and toilet paper. The pool was nice and fellow guests were friendly.

The room was clean, the beds, pillows and linens were comfortable. In-room A/C for climate control. It was a non-smoking room (located on the upper level) but people smoked briefly on the balcony down the porch from where we were staying. The bedside wall lamp on the side of one bed lacked a knob for turning it on or off. In the morning we walked next door to have the breakfast buffet at the Sheraton Four Points (excellent coffee and fresh fruit) with the typical buffet fare. There are better breakfast options within driving distance but this was good enough. Overall, this is a basic motel in a good location. We were grateful we could find a property that did not demand a 2-night minimum given the Labor Day holiday weekend.

We booked and paid for a king bed months in advance arrived at property to staff telling us they "no longer offer king sized beds" but it is still advertised on their website. Clean room. Good space and clean carpet, I liked that there was a table and chairs. Hard beds. Only one trash can in the room, not even in the bathroom. No light in the shower or fan in the bathroom. No luggage holder for the suitcase. Overall decent. Very friendly staff.
