My wife and I were on my birthday trip. We had a difficult time getting to the hotel and also found it confusing to get from the garage to the lobby. The room was clean, the room was very cold and we couldn’t stop the air conditioner. The bathroom was tiny and difficult to get in the shower.

Excellent place to stay in Amherst, whether or not you’re visiting the university. Good food choices just an elevator ride away, plus many other choices at the other UMASS dining options. The breakfast is Continental plus waffles, and it features and non-gluten choices. The pastries are cut above what you expect from most hotels.
