8/10 Very good

Big comfortable room, with a comfy bed. I liked the UMass throw and cushion, I would have wanted to bring it home as a souvenir! Nice continental breakfast with a large range of coffee and juice offer. Love the covered parking. Staff was professional and kind. The bedhead was so used that the leather was peeling and the lampshade was very stained, but everything else was perfect.

Everything was great I just would not count on any type of special breakfast it’s just fruit and danish type of breakfast. Free coffee on the way out was great!

10/10 Exceptional

Easy check in, parking is covered by the hotel, breakfast coffee and tea variety is great, some apples and bananas, the rest isn't really a healthy choice, but downstairs on the campus concourse there is more to choose from to buy.
