The room was very clean. The pool looked clean and well maintained. The staff was super friendly. We loved that our room had its own private balcony that overlooked the pool. This is our usual place to stay, was disappointed this trip. Our room was directly above a smoking room & management said new vents in bathroom pulled up the smell. Did offer to move us to other room but didn’t want 2 Queen beds & have to move all our stuff. Will be sure to ask for room away from smoking rooms next time. Staff is wonderful.

We were pleasantly greeted when we arrived. Check in was quick and information about breakfast and any extras we might need was offered. Room was spacious and very clean. Not a private balcony but within a few steps out of our door was rocking chairs to enjoy the view, sights, and sounds of Pigeon Forge. Breakfast was filling with waffles, boiled eggs, muffins, and cereal. Along with several other items. The location was on the Gatlinburg end and more quiet than other places we stayed. We anticipate a return visit.

This was our first stay at Norma Dan Motel and we really enjoyed it! We stayed for a weekend. The room was spotless and comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub were great. Room was very clean the staff great. Only thing need help in room 111 is maintenance need fix shower where you turn water on does not have right backing so water can get behind faucet. Not sure what going on but take a shower if some one flushes the toilet from other your can steamy hot or cold when you’re taking a shower.
