Gave Zero Stars!!! Room had a strong odor; wallpaper was torn & curling; beds in bad shape; lots of black flies & small brown flies; bug splatters on walls & ceiling; carpet felt damp & dirty; A/C installed in window with cardboard & tape; flies coming in near A/C; A/C barely pumping cool air, making clunking sounds; big hole in bathroom door; shower stall & sink had rust; bed sheet had light brown stain near headboard; fridge grills were very rusty; music coming through the walls. We left & went back to the office to report the issues & ask for a refund, but the office was closed. Called number on the window and left msg. to meet us. A woman showed up & said she was the maid. We explained the issues. She is not authorized to give refunds, so she called “Aaron”. While she had him on the phone, explaining our situation, we asked to speak with Aaron. He refused & said we had to send him an email reporting the issues. We sent it right away, explaining in detail. We waited for a response, It was getting late, so we stayed the night cause we had no place else to go. Sat on the bed & noticed a big bug beside me, it appeared to be a cockroach! I was terrified! Covered the pillows with a bath towel & covered myself so nothing would crawl on me. It felt like a horror movie. Next morning, no response, we decided to leave. The office was still closed. I sent email advising him & reminded we’re waiting on a response. I sent two more emails since that horrific night. Still no response!
