Located in the Jewish quarter which is the best part of krakow for restaurants and is a great place to explore. Has air con which is great as you can’t really open the windows at night as the trams can be a bit noisy and so can the groups of stag and hen groups singing down the street.

This was an aparthotel and we were not sure what to expect. Location was great. The beds were comfortable. A window blind kept falling off and could not be closed. There was a kitchenette for basics but no kitchen towel should we wish to wash and dry the dishes. There was no real daily housekeeping. There were no wash cloths or facial tissue. The shower temperature was difficult to regulate. The breakfast was complete and there was excellent service there. There was also excellent service at reception.

Leiter ist in den 4 Tagen das Zimmer nicht eineinziges mal gereinigt worden. Das Zimmer war soweit ok. Das Frühstück ist ausreichen und im frischen Zustand und ausreichender Menge da. Aber das größte Problem ist das Klosterpflichtige Parken und das man sehr schnell einen Strafzettel bekommt. MfG. Jakob

Fijn verblijf. Fijn hotelletje, best simpel dus niets te veel. Wel was er een shampootje en zeepje per persoon, werd er elke ochtend schoongemaakt en was het ontbijt lekker. Communicatie was top en mensen bij de receptie heel aardig en behulpzaam. Lopen naar het centrum was een kwartiertje, ligt midden in Joodse buurt met leuke restaurantjes en OV stopt voor de deur. Perfect!

Pokój i łazienka super, ale jest trochę minusów.

Pokój duży, bardzo fajna łazienka. Minusy to słabe światło w łazience, bo nikomu nie chce się wymienić żarówki, z kosmetyków tylko małe mydełko i szampon, tylko woda gazowana i brak informacji, że woda z kranu nadaje się do picia, śniadanie takie sobie - za mało osób do sprzątania ze stolików i ciągle czegoś brakowało, ciężko było o wolny stolik, śniadania w weekendy powinny być do 11:00 co rozłożyłoby ruch. Hałas z ulicy od tramwajów i z drugiej strony od pociągów wymusza zastosowanie stoperów w uszach aby móc spać. Raczej będę na przyszłość szukał innego hotelu.
