This is a very nice resort but a couple of things weren’t strong enough for a 5 star rating - based on the price you pay here. For this price I expect the food to be high quality and the room to be very comfortable. The food was good, but not high quality. I ordered lunch twice and had bfast 3 days - there are no complaints overall but for the price, it was pretty average quality and quite pricey. The main problem with the room is the bed being too hard. I know it is a Thai thing to have hard beds but this is a top resort that has many overseas guests not used to such hard beds, and I expect far better quality. Also, the tv kept turning on during the night (no sound) which was a nuisance. The bathroom is good but the fittings are not particularly high quality. the shower goes from cold to super hot with only a short turn of the tap. The highlight was the jacuzzi on the deck but the water was just above warm which wasn’t perfect. A pleasant stay but i have stayed in higher quality hotels in Thailand for the price. The staff were excellent!

Great escape from the hustle and bustle. Wonderful, rustic hotel right on the beach. Perfect place to relax for a couple of days away from everything. Large room with a great sea view and s very comfortable bed. The restaurant served a wonderful breakfast aswell as a great dinner and cocktails. Khun Kan and her great team, Ton, Mind and Golf just spoiled us with their amazing service. Just a perfect stay, thank you all 🙏

We are a family of 5 and we stayed in a pool villa. The accommodation is quite old and needs renovation, especially the real wood materials which require special care. The staff are friendly and attentive. There are electric vehicle charging stations in the hotel, which is very convenient for getting around.

The resort itself is beautifull, clean and the staff is just wonderfull. The rooms are clean and the food from the restaurant is really delivious. Wonderful boutique hotel with amazing view

Very nice boutique hotel. We had the sea view regular hotel room and found it a very nice and comfortable room with an amazing view. The garden villas can also be nice, but we really enjoyed the view (which you won’t have in the garden villas). Breakfast is very tasty and offers plenty of choice. Service is extremely warm and nice. The only isue we encountered was when we had dinner the first night. We ordered an appetizer, starter and main. Somehow the service got it mixed up and delivered everything together at the same time. This hotel is also one of the few hotels that really is directly linked to the beach and sea.

The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The room we stayed at was nice and spacious but it doesn't keep out the noises at all. People walking on the floor above, people walking / talking on the hallway, everything we heard throughout the whole stay. Our room was located on the second floor, but the noises from the ground floor was so loud I thought people were talking right in front of our room. The spa had only one room and one masseuse, so I couldn't book the spa during the time I wanted. Lastly, the hotel has a 24-hour use of room concept, but only subject to availability, I didn't know this so we arrived at 8pm only to be told that we have to check out at 2pm the next day. This was a huge blow to us as we paid double the amount of other hotels we were looking at to stay at U-Pattaya specifically for this.
