Our expectation was low for a motel next to highway because of our previous experience. This was really good. The room was well proofed from outside sounds and the middle backyard setup around the rooms was great. The breakfast was awesome. I would be happy to come back.

When I checked in the office was vacant. I rang the bell 3 times and finally a guy showed up after I yelled “hey is anyone here?” He looked like he had just woken up (it was 8:30 pm) he mumbled, was kind of rude, his handwriting was so bad I couldn’t read the room number and when I asked him what it said he acted insulted. He acted annoyed when I had trouble with the card reader it didn’t “ding” when it read my chip. The motel is near a train track and the trains woke me up several times. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and breakfast had lots of choices but only a few oranges for fresh fruit.,
