Efficient friendly check in clean room bit dated and furniture a little worn but traveling by bicycle so worked well for my purposes. Appreciate the cold water in the fridge. Breakfast bare minimum but for the room price it was great Dillion’s grocery across the street

The location is eatsty to get to downtown, KU Events and shopping areas. Staff is great: works to accommodate needs.

6/10 Good

Our arrival and check-in was delayed due to air travel delays, but we were met with a very friendly desk clerk, when we finally arrived, which was appreciated. The best part of our stay was the clean and soft linens - both towels and sheets. Otherwise, the room was mostly clean, but the furniture was very old and in desperate need of an upgrade. (Ill-fitting lamp shades, old, broken towel rod brackets still left on the wall, threadbare sofa, top layer of material worn off the arms of the desk chair, etc). Nightly rate was severely inflated due to university parent's weekend.

Clean and comfortable. The enclosed ramp to get to the second floor sure beats carrying luggage up stairs. The staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my stay, but I will probably be staying there again soon to try to retake my trip. I had to cancel due to a family emergency. The staff was very helpful in accomplishing that task.

Room was clean but the property is rather run down. The only thing separating our balcony from our neighbors was a 4’ sheet of plywood that could easily have been crawled over. But - the river sounded great!
