The good point I can say are:
1) The place is quiet; and
2) The food in the restaurant is cheap.
However for the bad points:
1) The room is full of dust and we end up keep on sneezing the entire evening and ended up up having colds a few days after. When we try to pat the bed, dust just spread around!
2) We are not allowed to request for additional towels which is weird considering that it is connected to an onsen.
3) The restaurant staff are not attentive at all. Probably that is what you get with cheap food? However, the restaurant was not even crowded. Despite ordering in the touch panel the order keeps coming wrong and the we even ended up having to get the plates, tongs, and towel, directly from the service station because it is not coming. All our orders are on the table but we cannot cook because we do not have the equipment needed in grilling the food.
4) More importantly, we booked this hotel despite being far from most tourists spots because they advertise that you can see from the hotspring Mt. Fuji. However, you can barely see it. So it is a waste! Well, you can see it from the hotel room which is good, but we were very unsatisfied with the dust that we cannot enjoy the view at all.
