The staff at the hotel are very welcoming and cannot do enough for you. stayed in a cosy room as just myself and a medium sized dog and it was perfect for what we wanted and was clean and well maintained. The corridors may need a little tlc but it was all clean. The staff I. The drift staff were also helpful as having a high energy spaniel they helped me at breakfast and evening meal. Plenty of parking on site. Easy access to walks across the road and everything else a short drive.

Have stayed at this hotel a few times now and all ways find staff helpful, in general all ok but we stayed this time in a family room which was looking a bit tired.

2/10 Poor

Room was not clean. Mould on shower, security lock to stop window opening fully was broken, wardrobes and drawers broken or handles missing, carpets stained and dirty, bed uncomfortable and unsupportive. No quilt on beds just quilt covers. Fire alarm went off at 4am and night staff clueless and not helpful. I felt unsafe and my children had a hard time settling after that. The hotel looks ok externally but inside is a different thing altogether. Would DEFINITELY not recommend or even return even if it was free! Location is nice… that is the only positive!

Lovely hotel to stop over.

Just a stop over for the night, very good service and friendly environment. The evening meal and breakfast were excellent and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Ideally situated hotel for peaceful stay and great for New Forest exploring.

10/10 Exceptional

I was incredibly impressed with this hotel. The value for money was excellent. I booked a family room for five of us (3 kids) - which in itself is unusual to be able to fit 5 in one room! - when we were visiting Paulton Park. I didn’t do much research and we were all very pleasantly surprised with how good it was.. the family friendly welcome, facilities, and amenities were great. So lovely to give the kids a goody bag on arrival. Easter egg hunt such a great touch, the bouncy castle was a huge plus which the kids loved and the swimming pool was lovely and warm. We had dinner and breakfast at The Drift Inn and it was excellent. The staff were all lovely. Highly recommend.

A Confortable relaxing hotel

My husband and i had a very nice relaxing stay at the Beaulieu Inn. We also had a delicious breakfast both days at the restaurant alongside. The location is perfect if you want to enjoy the lovely relaxing and peaceful New Forest

6/10 Good

Overall the stay went well, although the room did not meet expectations after seeing pictures, with it feeling worn and in need of refurbishment, and the car park full of pot holes. You could also hear guests in other rooms, especially as they flushed toilets, used the shower, and made noise. Staff were friendly and inviting and beds comfortable. I would mark it more within 3.5 stars than the advertised 4 star.

The Hotel was situated in pleasant surroundings, catered for everyone including children. The staff were very welcoming and easy to approach. The menu choice was very good and the food cooked to a very good standard my wife and I enjoyed celebrating our 45 wedding anniversary here.
