Room was clean, but there was no room service for example, no bed making (which is not a problem) no emptying of bins and no replacement of toilet rolls. The stair carpet was worn in places. For the price we paid for 3 nights it was expensive. A nice choice of breakfast continental or cooked, (you had to pay extra for this) Staff were friendly and parking okay.

The staff are very friendly and always willing to ensure that all guests are happy with their stay. Breakfast is good with a variety of continental and cooked foods available. There is an additional cost for breakfast for those who book on a room only basis. A service charge is also levied for service provided at meal times. The hotel is dog friendly and is ideally situated for walking into Lyndhurst. There is ample free parking with charging points for electric vehicles.
