The rooms are just round the corner from the restaurant, where you have breakfast. The breakfast area is a wonderful location, overlooking the sea: tour groups are coming round constantly. The room was very clean, small and fairly basic. Bathroom could probably do with a little updating. Waiting staff in the restaurant are wonderful.

The room was very basic and not the greatest but the bed was comfortable. The things that are fantastic about this property are the location right by the Pile Gate and the breakfast terrace view. The breakfast was also delicious. The staff were very helpful during the stay but I tried to contact them before arrival and had no reply to either message and could not get a reply on phone.

The room could use some attention (loose outlets, akward layouts). However, the rooms are also a connected to the Orhan restaurant just around the building which faces the ocean. This inlet has spectacular views, excellent service and incredible food -making it all worthwhile. It's breathtaking! The site is a 3 min walk to the old city, to busses, taxi and food services.

We liked the spacious rooms we had, but found the property quite hard to find and confusing about checking in. I wish they had warned us that we could not bring our car into that part of the city without being fined. The beds were good, kitchen was handy, restaurant was great. Our host was Denis, who was quite an enjoyable character. Only complaint was the bathrooms were VERY musty, one did not have hot water, and the shower head did not stay up. But we did enjoy our quaint place down the cobblestone path.

The property is amazing location. Close to black waters and the filming of last GOT scene for GOT fans. You are actually having breakfast looking over the black waters location. Pile gate and all the other locations is 2-3mins walk. The breakfast was amazing with a great view. The cons was the property. The air condition didn’t work for our whole stay. The property is quite easy to find as the locals know the restaurant where the breakfast is served. The property where you will stay has very small rooms. The bathroom is really tiny as well.

It was a great location, room was nice and clean. We had an issue with the shower, the water did not drain and shower did not spray. Wife was unable to wash her hair for the days we were there. If you a shower longer then a minute or 2 the water would flood the bathroom floor.
