hotel that disappointed me a lot. They sent me the check in code message when I was already in the hotel not knowing that the reception is not always active. The bed was very uncomfortable and I woke up with a broken back. They deducted 1 euro from my card without giving me any explanations. There is no card to enter, but all codes.

En arrivant en voiture je vois la porte du garage grande ouverte, je m'arrête donc au parking pour y déposer les bagages et ma sœur âgée qui est physiquement particulièrement faible - et n'importe qui pourrai le constater du simple fait de la voir - mais les premiers mots du réceptionniste "Maxence" nuisent profondément d'emblé à la qualité de l'accueil, et plus généralement à celle de l'établissement qui est tout à fait correcte pour le prix. "Vous n'avez pas le droit de vous arrêter au parking. La procédure c'est de venir vous arrêter devant la porte ici ( quand bien même un panneau "interdiction de s'arrêter" est parfaitement visible !). C'est une violation de domicile ...je peux appeler la police ! Vous ressortez immédiatement par le chemin par lequel vous êtes entré ! entré. Quelle est votre voiture ? de quelle couleur" . Vient seulement ensuite la demande du numéro de la réservation ! Les enseignants d'écoles hôtelières ou même tous commerçants apprécieront toute la pertinence de ces propos d'accueil ...

Nuestro viaje era en familia y estuvimos bien en el hotel. En nuestro caso necesitábamos parking porque hacíamos ruta en coche y el del hotel es conveniente y tiene ascensor que sube a la planta de la recepción, cosa conveniente cuando vas cargado de maletas. Las recepcionistas fueron amables y nos indicaron aquello que necesitábamos saber sin problemas. La habitación en la que estuvimos era espaciosa y el aire acondicionado se agradecía, aunque los colchones los encontramos duros. El hotel está bien situado, ya que tienes el museo de los hermanos Lumière muy cerca y la línea de metro que te lleva directamente al casco antiguo a dos minutos. También, al lado del hotel hay un súper. Lo que menos nos gustó del hotel fue el desayuno, que encontramos pobre y justo de calidad. De haberlo sabido habríamos desayunado fuera o nos lo habríamos comprado en el súper.

Le séjour était mitigé cette fois : un ascenseur sur deux opérationnel pendant deux jours ; le distributeur en panne pendant une journée et demi … Il est vrai que c’était en période de congés, mais ce serait peut-être plus intéressant d’avoir deux distributeurs pour palier à ce genre de désagrément. Ceci dit, la chambre était bien (propre confortable) et l’hôtel est bien situé. De plus, la clim était la bienvenue en cette période de forte chaleur.

Personnel accueillant et chambre propre cependant une odeur très désagréable en entrant dans la chambre (rang fermé/urine). un ascenseur qui fait énormément de bruit et qui vous réveille à 6H30 le matin. Petit déjeuner correct mais manque de choix dans les variété de pains ou brioche et produits industriels.
