We hadn’t been to Segovia since ’91. What a surprise to find out how much we missed on our first visit.
This hotel was lovely, and in a perfect location. It was a very short, and scenic walk to the Alcázar and the Aqueduct. They are on opposite ends of this marvelous town.
Our room had a corner location, providing a view over beautiful countryside below; storks nesting on the roof, and abundant bird life below.
Breakfast was buffet style with ample room and a broad selection of hot and cold items, both sweet and savory. Eggs could be ordered in your specific style if you wanted them. Otherwise, scrambled eggs were on the buffet.
Lovely, helpful, staff at the front desk.
Altogether a pleasant experience.
