Good option in central Londrina

Hotel was in good condition, externally and internally. The room was spacious and clean. Beautiful view of the city. Mattress was decent and linen looked new. A/C temperature in the room can be controlled to your preference. Room had a microwave and mini fridge stocked with a few beverages for purchase. Room service available. Breakfast served until around 10 am, had a few warm items (scrambled eggs, hot dogs, cheese bread, quiche), fruits, breads, cold cuts, cakes, cereals, 2 juice types, coffee, milk and tea. I’d stay again.

The bed sheets were clean, but there was a hole in the corner. The safe box was missing its door. The shower glass in the bathroom was not clean, and the bathroom light was burned out. The breakfast was below average. Additionally, the air conditioner in my son's room stopped working twice, and they had to move him to another room.

Higienópolis, uma das regiões mais valorizadas de Londrina, com fácil acesso a restaurantes, comércio e pontos centrais da cidade. Os quartos são espaçosos, algo acima da média, e com um detalhe que faz diferença prática: muitos têm uma mini cozinha com micro-ondas e pia. Isso ajuda muito em estadias mais longas ou para quem quer conforto funcional. Outro ponto consistente é a estrutura: piscina no rooftop, academia, sauna, restaurante e até espaço para eventos. É um hotel que atende bem tanto quem vai a trabalho quanto lazer. O atendimento costuma ser elogiado, com equipe atenciosa e profissional, o que pesa bastante na percepção final da experiência.

A instalação hidráulica precisa de uma revisão geral. A torneira da pia continua com vazamento, mesmo fechando com tota força. O jato do chuveiro estava um pouco fracoe irregula, provavelmente devido a entupimento parcial. Para abrir o sache de shanpoo e o condicionador disponibilizado no banheiro era praticamento impossível, preciva de uma boa mordida com dente e muita força.
