It was okay!..we always choose this hotel but this one gave me a very bad allergy because of the old carpet they have.Breakfast was okay too but omelettes should be served warm and sadly I noticed some strand of hair too😧

Well we checked in and the room was cold, we figured it was just because heat was off in empty room. We found out that night it was because there was a massive crack under the heater blowing freezing air into our room. Called the front desk and they offered a blanket. After freezing the first night i was ready to leave after maybe 4 hours of sleep. The lady at the front desk told us she would move us to a new room, then 15 mins later called back to tell us she was sending maintenance up instead, after we had packed all our stuff up to move rooms. My wife informed her we had already packed up and i was heading down to get the keys so she moved us anyways. The new room was ok but the desk chair was broken and i couldn't sit in it to use my computer. The free breakfast the first day there was no bacon left by 9am then the 3rd day the pancake machine was out of order. This was supposed to be a romantic anniversary weekend but the first night ruined pretty much the whole trip and they never even offered to comp even that one night. They never even asked us how our stay was or anything. I don't recommend this hotel and would caution others to look elsewhere.

Not a good birthday
Never stayed in a room that "had a kitchen" but no dishes. I could of gotten a regular room that still had a microwave. Paint was peeling all around bathroom. Tv remote didnt work. Went to tell them at front desk, they said they would send a housekeeper to room within the next hour. Never came. When we were heading out for dinner stopped and said something. They said they were looking for remote. Two day stay and still nothing. Breakfast was cold and flavorless. I have stayed at this hitel many times and have never had a complaints till now.
