Loved the ambiance. Service was fabulous. Both afternoon cleaners and evening turn down service. Location is perfect. The restaurants were excellent-no food disappointed. From the moment you arrive at check-in you know you’re at a luxury hotel. From champagne at check-in to nightly turn down service, the guest experience is top notch. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. Room tip- if you’re on the east end ask for a higher floor since it’s right next to a lovely public park which can get loud at night .
