Excellent customer service, however the pool is shared with non guest clientele which makes harder for the guest to use the pool.

Excelente plan

Great stay

This is one of my go to places for rest/relaxation without venturing out. Food is great, service is always wonderful and staff is attentive to everything. Management had to drive me to Novaqua Spa, I mentioned I had the “top” man helping me, he replied “no the top person are our guests”. That’s how I always feel since staying with them in 2015 onwards.

2/10 Poor
