This resort is maintained to a very high standard. Rooms are also maintained to the same standard as well as being roomy with adequate tea coffee making equipment. Dining room and meals are also to a high standard. The highlight of our stay was the friendly and warm staff.

Perfect home base to see most of Kata Beach

Lovely property, great location. Was here with our 4 month old and the pool access rooms were great while she napped. The property is a little dated but clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was extensive and they changed it up every day.

Room was spacious, well maintained, only draw back was the hand held shower. Staff were friendly and eager to assist. Had a ground floor room with about 5 steps to the pool.

Not bad, decent

Not a bad hotel. Family oriented, several pools a bit of a walk from to the beach. Perfect if you just wanna chill on the property. I'd suggest staying more than 1 night

The hotel is surprisingly beyond my expectations. Very convinience for nearly everythings. I was not at the hotel much during the day, room is spacious, garden, pool, hotel restaurant are nice. A plus is a some sort of business room where I could work after check-out (for 4hrs) before heading to the airport. I did buy breakfast for 3 days for 299THB/ day cause needed to leave early for diving. Variety of menus in buffet line was limited but tastes were good. Staff were very nice and helpful. I'd revisit Kata Sea Breeze Resort if stayinging in Kata area on my next trip to Phuket.

I actually enjoyed this property. The downfall of it was that it was a kid friendly resort rather than just an adult friendly place. Everything was walking distance and the 711 was literally next door for all your snack needs. The only other thing that was a downfall was the shower. We had the aqua pura room with pool access which was fantastic! But the shower in the room was horrible it clogged super easily and started to flood the whole bathroom. Everything else was amazing ac was working great, massage services amazing and fast taxi services too.

6/10 Good

I can’t say anything bad about the staff they were all tremendous,,the hotels a building site though ! The gym was shut due to renovation, the 1st room we got looked onto the building site next door , we were then given a new room next to the front but again it had buildings improvements goings on!! Banging throughout the day .. this should have been mentioned beforehand..

Lovely place to stay breakfast nice but very repetitive needs more for westerners. In room coffee tea and sugar needs to be for two people but never enough sugar and room cleaning time was never consistent.
