A few issues: Beds hard as a rock Trash truck woke us up at 5am! “Private balcony” was actually not private at all, no railing and people from the restaurant were sitting in our area. Complimentary umbrella and chairs had to be returned at 5pm every day, too early! And you have to give them up at 1pm on checkout day! Very inconvenient!
