Very nice

I truly enjoyed my stay. Area is nice and safe. Metro not far. Room is warm in winter (unlike some other hotels). And overall hotel has this french charm with very nice reception. Breakfast with some jam and fresh bakery, we took it just last day but finally it would make sense to have it in the hotel, hardly better offers for this price.

The property was quiet and in a good location. We did have an issue where the shower drain backed up and flooded the whole room. The properties suggestion was to take a shorter shower or not have it turned on the whole way. We took less than a 2 minute shower and it began backing up within 30 seconds.

Good value for money during Paris fashion week

We had a family room for two adults and two children. Clean, comfortable beds, good air conditioner which was important as it was very hot outside. OK bathroom. The cleaner woke us up early on Sunday morning, the day we were checking out. Otherwise quiet. Good area.

it is quiet and spacious for Europe.The only negative is bathtube was small and my nephew who is 6 feet tall cant fit in there. No shower curtain or door, so water is flashing each time we take a shower.

Room is tiny. Elevator opens directly into narrow & steep steps leading to 3rd floor stairs. So easy to make a misstep especially if you are carrying luggage.

They gave us a room at the ground floor near the reception and the kitchen, common and breakfast area. It was awful, I had just slept around midnight and half an hour later the staff started to tidy the dishes making a lot of noise, then in the morning around.5.30, again a lot of noise and then people started moving and all, it was super noisy and awful, the hotel is old and there was no amenities at all, except one bad quality shower gel. Considering spending 200 euro without breakfast, it was not a good experience. The only good thing was the location, I won’t ever go back.

Séjour mitigé à Hôtel Courcelles Médéric. L’hôtel est très bien placé, dans un quartier agréable du 17e, proche du métro ligne 2, du parc Monceau et de quartiers vivants avec beaucoup de restaurants et commerces. Le personnel est également très serviable et agréable, rien à redire sur l’accueil. En revanche, l’établissement est assez vétuste malgré une propreté correcte. Les chambres et surtout les salles de bain sont très petites. La décoration ancienne et datée donne un confort assez moyen. Le gros point négatif reste l’absence de climatisation. Il faisait environ 27°C dans la chambre au rez-de-chaussée, rendant la nuit difficile ; j’imagine que cela doit être encore plus compliqué dans les étages en période chaude. Autre problème important : les chambres du rez-de-chaussée donnent directement dans la zone du petit déjeuner. Dès tôt le matin, les bruits de machine à café et de préparation réveillent facilement les clients. Pour l’emplacement et le personnel, l’hôtel a des qualités, mais le manque de confort thermique et sonore fait que je ne le recommande pas.
