This was my first time staying here and everything was amazing. Checking in was seamless and the gentleman who helped me was friendly and warm. The breakfast both days we stayed was delicious and delivered promptly to our beautiful, comfortable and clean room. But my favorite part was probably the homemade cookies hanging on my door in the afternoon. I want to go back just for those cookies. I can’t wait to stay here again. It is a very special place.

Beautiful property located right at the pier. It’s lovely and quiet, yet very conveniently located to restaurants and the beach. The staff was FABULOUS! Each person was very kind and very helpful. We had the most relaxing weekend in this lovely inn. I highly recommend it! We will certainly be back!

The person who checked us in was not welcoming. We requested a room on the upper level, and had the written confirmation, and we were placed on the lower level nevertheless. We were told when using Expedia, we can’t be assured our request would be honored. The parked cars obstructed our view of the beach. Others staff members we encountered during our stay were more customer oriented and pleasant. The breakfasts and wine hour were disappointing, as they were not held in the charming common area. Breakfast was very tasty, but having it served in a styrofoam box to be eaten in our room was not the most convenient. The town if fine, but the short ride to Morro Bay is well worth it. Lovely town, beautiful surroundings and excellent restaurants.
