Many thanks to the reception manager for her help. We really enjoyed our stay at Pyrgos Blue — it is a very peaceful place. There is a cozy bar on the hotel premises with pleasant music and a wonderful view of the sea.

Perfect location beachfront hotel quiet area and yet close by busy street of malia . nice small pool with bar and kitchen to drink and have a meal... good for families. Staff very helpful.. value for money for such a location and comfortable room..

Wonderfull place to stay, Manos was so so kind and welcoming and made us feel at home. The apartment and pool was amazing and the food was the best we ate in malia! Would definitely be back and would recommend to all!

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. I would definitely book again. The rooms and ambiance are excellent. Everyone working there was wonderful. Thank you for all your hospitality. The location was perfect, walking distance from Old Malia and far enough away from the tourist strip to not hear the noise.

Absolutely wonderful!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Manos and his staff went above and beyond to make sure EVERYONE took care of us. We felt like royalty!!! Rent a car and you are centrally located on the island to almost drive anywhere. ONLY downside, if you are NOT a party goer, the beach bar about one hundred meters away, when live DJ was there, thumped a little too long into the night. Other than that, zero complaints. Also, did a private tour with Kostas, at Stagikas Grand Prestige Tours, who made the experience even better. Highly recommend BOTH!!!

Pyrgos Blue is amazing property. Staff , restaurant, with amazing views. Quiet away from the crowds. Beach clubs within walking distance right from the hotel beach front . Many different restaurants all driving distance . Town of Malia is definitely a young crowds paradise for ages 15-25. but other drivable options available for older crowns are within distance . We booked a tours that covered spinalonga , Agios Nikolaos, Elunda, Zeus cave , Lassiter Plateau. Would would definitely stay at Pyrgos Blue again.

The best hotel experience I've ever had. The hotel was beautiful and the views were spectacular. The Deluxe Suite Sunset View room had an incredible view of each sunset, and the bay. The pool was the perfect temperature and was very relaxing. We spent multiple days lounging with pool-side drinks and snacks from the restaurant. Do yourself a favor and take advantage of the restaurant. The food was authentic - many of the ingredients were farm fresh - and amazing. The beach with the hotel is quiet and gorgeous, but we recommend walking down to High Point and renting a chair and umbrella ($30 per day) for a beach day. The water is crystal clear all the way to the island in the bay, which is swimmable but only if you are a strong swimmer. Most importantly, the owners ran the hotel and treated you like family. They get to know you and take care of you in an attentive and thoughtful way. They even hugged us goodbye. The best vacation we've ever had and we can't wait to return.
