Clean, helpful staff who speak English. Some rooms are across an external corridor and into another section. Ok breakfast, have had better and have had worse. Some fresh fruit which isn't always guaranteed. Coffee not great though. But would stay again if I'm in the area.

Room was spacious, quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. But there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. You could buy drinks and snacks at reception, but it seems petty to charge paying guests for a cup of tea. Only when I was leaving did the receptionist tell me that you could borrow a kettle from the reception. Why was this not mentioned when I checked in? The carpet on the stairs and on the landing looked quite shabby.

As always a very pleasant stay for the Steelfest festival. this year the hotel staff went bit further to please fest goers by blasting some black metal over speakers already during breakfast (feeling sorry, not sorry, for the normal guests, haha) some minor issues with the checking in. had asked for earlier check-in, never got reply it was fully in order. when arrived, asked about it, got bit snide reply there was no clean rooms. asked few times more, same answer. when asked last time, there was for the early check-in few of 20e. magical clean room suddenly...

Pysäköinti paikkoja aika vähän, aamiaisella homeisia tomaatteja ja useampi ruokalaatu loppu tai vähissä ja olinne aikaisin aamupalalla. Ravintola-annokset illalla pettymys, leike oli paistettua todella kuivaksi kengänpohjaksi ja leivitettä oli enemmän, kuin lihaa, kala oli hyvin kuivaa myös, kasvikset annoksissa erinomaisia. 2 erillissängyn siirtämisestä, ottamalla yöpöytä pois välistä, parivuoteeksi, maksoin 20e yöltä lisää...

Huone oli siisti ja respan henkilökunta mukavaa. Ravintola illallinen oli surkea. Olimme odottaneet hienoa dinneriä mutta ei ollut edes liinoja pöydällä. Söin kalaa. Se oli aika ok, mutta hieman liian kuiva. Kastike oli hyvää ja sitä olisi pitänyt olla enemmän koska kala oli paistettu aika kuivaksi. Esillepano ei ollut mitenkään erityisen kaunis. Lihaa syövät ympärilläni kertoivat syövänsä kumipalloa. Tarjoilijat tekivät useita virheitä, pudottelivat astioita, sotkivat yhden seurueemme jäsenen puseron, eivät tuoneet ruokaa kaikille samaan pöytään samaan aikaan. Aamiainen oli myös arveluttava....pikkutomaatteja oli kulhossa eikä niitä ollut tarkastettu vaan joukossa oli myös huonoja, homehtuneita. Medwurstia emme uskaltaneet ottaa olleenkaan koska se oli keskeltä ihan harmaa. Juustoviipaleet olivat kuivia reunoilta. Ei jaatkoon syömisen osalta tämä paikka.

Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja varsinkin henkilö joka oli lauantai illassa ja sunnuntai aamussa. Hieman ihmetystä aiheutti ravintolan kiinni olo, josta ei kuitenkaan missään etukäteen tullut esille. Samoin noin klo 23 vuorossa ollut henkilö käveli Baarin puolelle ja ilmoitti, että baari on nyt suljettu. Meitä kehotettiin siirtymään ulkokautta karaokebaariin tai menemään Hopealyhtyyn halloween juhliin. Ehkä olisi esim. voitu kysyä josko joku olisi halunnut lisäjuoman ja sitten sulkea baarin. Baarin porukka oli kuitenkin aika iäkästä porukkaa, joten en usko, että kukaan meistä oli halukas vaihtamaan paikkaa...
