A really lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Very nice staff. Comfy bed, hot shower with good pressure. The breakfast was great with lots of choice and an area for getting an omelette made which is always nice. Coffee pods replaced each day in room for maker, which isn’t always the case and some pods of milk given (again, not common to find so thank you!)

The staff was beyond exceptional in every way possible. From the moment I walked in to the time I checked out, every member of the staff was willing to help make my stay memorable. Even a late night glass of wine at the hotel bar was great because I never felt alone or like a guest. I felt like family. I would recommend Bessa to anyone!
