For the price paid I was expecting a better value for money. It was just ok. The location is fair. The members of staff are okay. We asked for iron and ironing board three times and never got it. You have to request room cleaning each day as they don’t clean it by default. There is no tea or coffee in the room. Although breakfast was very decent. Probably the best thing about the hotel. The hotel seems old and worn out but it’s relatively clean and comfortable. It’s just okay but not a good value for money in my opinion.

This is my favorite hotel in Belo Horizonte. Great location, the area around the hotel is very nice with several options for restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and transportation. The staff is very attentive. The room is a good size, with a good bed and shower. The breakfast is excellent.

A equipe é bem simpática e prestativa. Logo na entrada tem pão de queijo com café de cortesia. Mais Minas impossível! O quarto é bom e oferecem água de cortesia no frigobar. O café da manhã é muito farto e variado, um dos melhores que já vi. Por fim a localização é muito boa, pertinho de shopping e da Savassi, com bom acesso a qualquer canto de BH. Uma ótima estadia.
