Convenient location, across from Nikko station. Some corners of my room were slightly dusty, but overall, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel may be a little dated but this didn’t bother me. Facilities are well-maintained. Enjoyed the on-site onsen and complimentary beverages in the morning and evening. There was a slight issue at check-in which the helpful staff worked to resolve.

Room was clean and tidy with lots available for travellers. Tooth brushes razors and such. Robes and towels in the room. The staff was always very helpful and curtious, more than willing to go out of their way to accommodate within reason. Although booking through Expedia gave me a good rate on the room, breakfast was an additional 2500 yen per morning of use. That being said the breakfast was very good and worth the amount and then some.
